It is accepted that all exhibitors will have read and understood the above risk assessment. Any exhibitor not carrying PLI (some have no need for it) accept that they are solely responsible for their exhibition space and they accept that injuries caused through the negligence or ignorance of the supplier will be the responsibility of the same. No responsibility for injuries cause by such negligence will be accepted by Bridefayre, it's staff or owners or Makeney Hall Hotel, it's staff, management or agents.
